TRX Training

Class Description

TRX suspension training uses your own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility, and core stability. With TRX, you're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.


  • Beginner through Advanced


  • Included with a Recreation Center membership or punch pass. 
  • $15 for drop-ins
