Fitness Swim

*Must be 16 years or older

Participants refine the front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke strokes and turns, and building endurance. Participants strive for stroke performance while improving overall fitness and learning to build their own swim workouts.

  • Incorporate different drills utilizing new technique, pull buoys, and kickboards
  • Utilize the timeclock to effectively plan speed drills
  • Improve swim strokes and fitness in a group setting
